You may not include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind.
The Work Stand and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
The Work Stand does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. The use of the Content, Platform, or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited.
Payment. All amounts payable for the Services (“Fees”) are due immediately in full by credit card. Customer will be responsible for the payment of any sales, use, excise or other similar tax (excluding taxes based on The Work Stand’s net income) applicable to the Services. Businesses must pay before any job post is to be listed on this website. Payment of a fee to The Work Stand does not guarantee that your post will be listed. We reserve the right to reject any post. If your post is rejected by us, it will not be listed on this website and your fee will be refunded.
The newsletters subscriptions are free and can be cancelled at anytime. There are no refunds for Memberships (month begins on the day payment received and lasts for 30 days). Memberships are automatically renewed. Fees paid for Job Posts are non-refundable.

Revocation of Consent

By listing on The Work Stand, you agree that we make no warranty that any member will take interest in a Position. You agree that The Work Stand has no obligation to identify or provide a qualified employee for the Position. Businesses are responsible for the Positions they post on this website. The Work Stand will not be responsible for any employment or contracting decisions made by any entity posting Positions on this website. We do not act as a recruiting or employment firm. We do not guarantee that Employees will be hired or that Employers will find employees using the Site. We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs posted. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Website.

A job post may not contain hyperlinks. They may also only contain one job description per post. Positions must comply with applicable laws. Posts may not sell, promote or advertise products or services; post any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement; post any Position that requires an up-front or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
